This Privacy Policy describes how personal data of users of https://uamk.com.ua/ (the “Website”) is collected, used, stored, protected and otherwise processed, including data submitted through commercial, partnership, contact, technical and recruitment forms.

The controller of personal data under this Policy is ANTONIVSKIY MEATPLANT LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (ANTONIVSKIY MEATPLANT LLC), Ukrainian company registration code (EDRPOU) 32638227 (the “Company”, “we”, “us”).

We process personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, other applicable Ukrainian legislation and, where Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) applies to a particular processing activity, in accordance with its requirements.

By using the Website, submitting a form or changing privacy settings, you acknowledge that you have read this Policy. Where consent is required for a specific processing activity, that activity is carried out only after the relevant consent has been obtained.

Full legal name: ANTONIVSKIY MEATPLANT LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (ANTONIVSKIY MEATPLANT LLC).

Ukrainian legal name: ТОВАРИСТВО З ОБМЕЖЕНОЮ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНІСТЮ «АНТОНІВСЬКИЙ М'ЯСОКОМБІНАТ».

Ukrainian company registration code (EDRPOU): 32638227.

Registered address: 1B Oleksiia Tsmokna Street, Mala Antonivka village, Bila Tserkva District, Kyiv Region, 09138, Ukraine.

Privacy contact email: hrantonivskijmasokombinat@gmail.com.

Website: https://uamk.com.ua/.

Depending on how you interact with the Website, we may process the following categories of data:

3.1. Data you provide directly: full name; telephone number; email address; company name; country, city or other location; message or proposal content; area of cooperation; information about products you are looking for; estimated volume; request topic; preferred contact method; and other data voluntarily entered into a form.

3.2. Candidate data: full name; phone number; email; city/location; work experience; preferred contact method; comments about the candidate; vacancy name or vacancy-search parameters; CV/resume files in PDF, DOC or DOCX format and information contained in such files.

3.3. Technical and service data: page URL and path, referrer, Website language, device type, browser/user-agent string, interaction time, technical events, session identifier, privacy-consent identifier, approximate country where available from an existing server/CDN header, and data necessary for abuse prevention and technical diagnostics.

3.4. Website interaction data: page, product and vacancy views; form openings; relevant CTA clicks; submission attempts; server-confirmed successful requests; form errors; vacancy views and candidate applications. These analytics are intended to be minimised and should not contain message text, phone numbers, email addresses, CV files or other form-field contents unless such data is required for processing the request itself.

We do not ask users to submit special categories of personal data (including health data, political opinions, religious beliefs, biometric or genetic data) through the Website unless this is specifically necessary and legally justified. Please avoid including such information in messages or CVs unless necessary.

We receive data directly from you through Website forms and Website interactions, and automatically from your browser, web server or content-delivery infrastructure to the extent necessary for Website operation, security and analytics that you have permitted.

If you choose to communicate through an external channel such as Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp, telephone or email, the relevant third-party service may also process your data under its own privacy rules.

We may process personal data for the following purposes:

•

handling requests for commercial offers, product selection and individual product requests;

•

conducting negotiations and communicating with prospective and existing customers, suppliers and partners;

•

handling partnership and contact enquiries;

•

handling technical enquiries;

•

receiving, reviewing and managing applications for vacancies;

•

providing responses and follow-up communication;

•

maintaining an internal record of enquiries and requests and assigning service request numbers;

•

ensuring the stable, secure and correct operation of the Website;

•

preventing spam, automated abuse, unauthorised access and other incidents;

•

measuring Website use and improving its structure, content, navigation and conversions, but only within optional analytics permitted by the user;

•

complying with legal obligations and protecting the rights and legitimate interests of the Company and third parties.

The applicable legal basis depends on the specific processing activity and applicable law.

6.1. Consent. We rely on consent where it is required, including for optional analytics and any future marketing integrations. Consent can be withdrawn at any time through “Privacy settings” on the Website; withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal.

6.2. Steps taken at the request of a person before entering into a contract and performance of a contract. Data from commercial and partnership requests may be processed where necessary to respond to your request, prepare an offer, negotiate, conclude or perform a contract.

6.3. Legitimate interests. Where permitted by law, we may process the minimum necessary data to secure the Website, prevent abuse, keep internal request records, protect the Company’s rights and improve business processes, provided that these interests are appropriately balanced against the rights and interests of the data subject.

6.4. Legal obligation. Certain data may be retained or disclosed where required by law, a court order or a lawful request from a competent authority.

6.5. Candidates. Candidate data is processed to review an application and take steps at the candidate’s request in connection with possible employment; where appropriate, processing may also rely on consent and/or applicable legal requirements.

Website forms may send enquiries to the Company’s internal request centre/CRM. Each successfully created request may receive a service ticket number, and request context may also be stored, such as request type, product or vacancy name/ID, source page and language.

Depending on Website configuration, notifications of new requests may be delivered to authorised Company personnel by email and/or configured corporate messaging channels. Access to requests should be limited to persons who need it for their work responsibilities.

Submitting a form does not guarantee a contract, employment or acceptance of a commercial proposal.

A CV/resume submitted through the candidate form is used solely for reviewing the application, communicating with the candidate, assessing suitability for a role and related recruitment procedures.

The Website is technically designed to store CV files privately outside the public WordPress Media Library or in a protected directory with restricted access. Such files should not be publicly accessible and should be available only through protected administrative mechanisms.

Candidates should avoid including excessive or unnecessary information in a CV. If additional information is voluntarily included, it may be processed as part of the recruitment review where lawful and necessary.

The Website may use the first-party AMK Control Center system for technical analytics, logging and conversion measurement.

Optional analytics is activated only after your consent. It may record pseudonymised/minimised events such as page views, product or vacancy views, form openings, submission attempts, server-confirmed successful requests, form errors, device type, language, page path, approximate country where a server signal is available, Session ID and Consent ID.

AMK Control Center is not designed to store full IP addresses in its analytics database, create hidden digital fingerprints or copy a user’s name, phone number, email, message text or CV into analytics.

If analytics consent is absent or withdrawn, optional analytics events should not be accepted by the system.

The Website uses necessary technical mechanisms without which stable operation, security or storage of the user’s privacy choice may not be possible. These mechanisms may include cookies and/or localStorage.

Optional categories, including Analytics and Marketing, should not be activated before the relevant consent is obtained. At the first layer, users can choose “Accept all”, “Necessary only” or “Customize”.

You can change your choice at any time through the “Privacy settings” link in the Website footer. Detailed information about cookies and similar technologies is provided in the separate Cookie Policy.

We do not sell personal data.

Personal data may be accessible to authorised Company employees; hosting and technical infrastructure providers; email and communication providers; contractors maintaining the Website or information systems; professional advisers; and public authorities or other persons where disclosure is required by law.

Such recipients should receive only the data necessary for the relevant purpose and, where required, be bound by contractual or statutory confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

Certain external technology or communication providers may process data outside Ukraine. Where GDPR or other international-transfer rules apply, the Company seeks to use legally recognised safeguards, such as an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or another permitted transfer mechanism.

We do not claim that every Website interaction involves an international data transfer; this depends on the specific active services and their infrastructure.

We retain personal data no longer than necessary for the relevant purpose, compliance with legal obligations or protection of the Company’s rights.

Indicative periods, unless a different period is required by law, contract or a specific situation, are:

•

privacy/consent records — up to 365 days;

•

raw analytics events — up to 90 days;

•

technical, system and security logs — up to 180 days;

•

commercial, partnership, contact and technical enquiries — up to 3 years after the last meaningful interaction or closure of the request;

•

unsuccessful/inactive candidate applications and related CVs — generally up to 6 months after completion of the review, unless the candidate has separately agreed to longer retention or another period is required by law;

•

data of persons with whom contractual or employment relationships arise — according to periods required by law, contracts and applicable record-keeping rules.

After the retention period, data is deleted, anonymised or placed into a legally required archival/retention regime unless another lawful basis for further processing exists.

We use organisational and technical measures intended to protect data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised access, disclosure or other improper processing.

Such measures may include access controls, HTTPS on the production Website, WordPress permissions and nonces, input validation and sanitisation, rate limiting and honeypot protection, log minimisation, restricted CV access, backups, software updates, and login/security auditing.

No system can guarantee absolute security. If an incident occurs, we will take measures appropriate to the risk and applicable legal requirements.

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

•

know the sources of collection, location, purposes of processing and recipients of your personal data;

•

receive information about the conditions for granting access to personal data;

•

obtain access to your personal data;

•

request correction of inaccurate or outdated data;

•

request deletion where there is no lawful basis for continued processing;

•

object to certain processing or request restriction where provided by law;

•

withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent;

•

lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or another competent supervisory authority;

•

where GDPR applies, exercise the rights available under Articles 12–22 GDPR, including data portability where applicable.

To exercise your rights, contact hrantonivskijmasokombinat@gmail.com. We may request sufficient information to verify your identity and identify the relevant data, but we will not seek excessive information for that purpose.

As of the effective date of this Policy, the Website is not intended to make decisions that produce legal effects for a person, or similarly significantly affect a person, solely on the basis of automated processing.

Analytics events and conversions are used for statistics and Website improvement, not for automated recruitment or commercial decisions about an identified individual.

The Website is primarily intended for B2B communication, partners, customers and job candidates and is not designed as a service for children. We do not knowingly seek to collect children’s personal data through the Website. If we learn that a minor’s data has been provided without an appropriate legal basis, we will take reasonable steps to delete it or otherwise address the situation appropriately.

The Website may contain links to external resources or buttons that open third-party services. We do not control third parties’ privacy practices. Before providing data to a third-party service, we recommend reviewing that service’s terms and privacy policy.

If an optional third-party integration accesses a device or stores/reads information on it, it should not be activated before the necessary consent has been obtained.

You can change settings for optional technologies at any time through “Privacy settings” in the Website footer.

Withdrawal of consent does not make prior lawful processing unlawful. After the choice is changed, the Website should apply the new settings to future optional processing.

We may update this Policy from time to time due to changes in law, Website functionality, providers or internal processes.

The current version is published on the Website with its effective date and/or version number. If changes materially affect users’ rights or the nature of processing, we will take reasonable steps to provide additional notice and, where required, obtain consent again.
