COOKIE AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES POLICY
A transparent overview of necessary, analytics and optional technologies used by the Website.
This Cookie and Similar Technologies Policy (the “Cookie Policy”) explains which cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage and similar technical mechanisms may be used on https://uamk.com.ua/ (the “Website”), the purposes for which they are used and how users can manage their choices.
The Website is operated by ANTONIVSKIY MEATPLANT LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (ANTONIVSKIY MEATPLANT LLC), Ukrainian company registration code (EDRPOU) 32638227 (the “Company”, “we”, “us”).
This Cookie Policy supplements the Website Privacy Policy. Where a technology is used to process personal data, that processing is also governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
A cookie is a small piece of information that a website can store in a user’s browser and read during subsequent visits.
LocalStorage is browser storage that allows a website to store information locally on the user’s device until it is deleted, overwritten or browser data is cleared.
SessionStorage is browser storage that generally retains information for the current browser tab/session and is normally cleared when that session ends.
In this Cookie Policy, the term “cookies” may be used broadly to include localStorage, sessionStorage and functionally similar technologies unless the context indicates otherwise.
We group technologies into the following categories:
Necessary — required for stable and secure Website operation, storing privacy choices and delivering functions expressly requested by the user. These technologies are not disabled through the Privacy Center where the relevant function cannot operate properly without them.
Analytics — help us measure Website use, page, product and vacancy views, form interactions and conversions. They are activated only after explicit user consent.
Marketing — a reserved category for possible future advertising or marketing integrations. As of the effective date of this Cookie Policy, AMK Control Center does not itself activate marketing technologies. If such technologies are added, they should not run until any required consent has been obtained.
The table below describes the principal first-party mechanisms currently implemented by AMK Control Center. The actual list may be updated if Website functionality changes; where this occurs, this Cookie Policy should be updated accordingly.
5.1. amk_cc_consent — first-party cookie. Purpose: indicates that a user has made a choice in the Privacy Center. The cookie value itself does not contain the full set of detailed preferences; it acts as a technical indicator. Browser lifetime: up to 180 days. Path: /. SameSite=Lax; on HTTPS, the Secure attribute is used.
5.2. amk_cc_consent — localStorage. Purpose: stores the user’s current Necessary/Analytics/Marketing choices, a pseudonymous Consent ID, policy version and the time the choice was updated. The data remains until overwritten, deleted by the user/browser, or the Website asks for a new choice because the policy version has changed.
A server-side consent record may be retained separately from browser cookie/localStorage data for up to 365 days under AMK Control Center settings. This does not mean that the browser cookie itself lasts for 365 days.
6.1. amk_cc_analytics_session — sessionStorage. Category: Analytics. Purpose: creates a random pseudonymous identifier for the current analytics session so that events within one session can be linked without storing a full IP address or using hidden fingerprinting.
This Session ID is created only if the user permits Analytics. It is used during the current browser tab/session and is generally removed by the browser when that session ends.
After Analytics is permitted, AMK Control Center may send minimised events to the server, such as page view, product view, vacancy view, form open, submit attempt, server-confirmed successful request, error, CTA click, language, device type, browser, operating system, page path, referrer host and UTM parameters where present.
AMK Control Center is not designed to store full IP addresses in the analytics database, create hidden user fingerprints or copy names, phone numbers, email addresses, request messages or CVs into analytics.
Raw analytics events are retained for up to 90 days under the default AMK Control Center settings and are then subject to cleanup under the system’s retention configuration.
As of the effective date of this Cookie Policy, the Marketing category in the Privacy Center is reserved for future integrations and does not by itself mean that an advertising pixel, advertising network or profiling system is already operating on the Website.
If Meta Pixel, Google Ads, remarketing technologies or similar services are added in the future, this Cookie Policy should be updated before or at the time of activation, and the relevant technologies should run only after any required consent has been obtained.
| Name / key | Type | Category | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| amk_cc_consent | Cookie, first party | Necessary | Technical indicator that the user has made a privacy choice. | Up to 180 days |
| amk_cc_consent | localStorage | Necessary | Consent ID, Necessary/Analytics/Marketing choices, policy version and update time. | Until overwritten/deleted or a new consent choice is requested |
| amk_cc_analytics_session | sessionStorage | Analytics | Pseudonymous ID for the current analytics session; created only after Analytics consent. | Current browser tab/session |
| WordPress auth/session cookies | Cookie | Necessary (admin) | Authentication and security for restricted WordPress administration. | Depends on WordPress/login mode |
On a first visit, if the browser has no valid stored choice, the Website displays a compact Privacy Banner.
Users can select “Accept all”, “Necessary only” or “Customize”. Selecting “Customize” opens the full Privacy Center, where Necessary remains enabled and optional categories can be enabled or disabled.
Failure to make a choice should not automatically be treated as consent to Analytics or Marketing. Optional analytics should not start until explicit consent has been obtained.
After saving a choice, users can change it at any time through the “Privacy settings” link in the Website footer.
Users can withdraw consent to Analytics and/or Marketing at any time through the Privacy Center.
After consent is withdrawn, new optional analytics events should not be sent to AMK Control Center. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal.
Previously stored server-side data is handled according to the applicable retention period or deleted earlier where required by a valid legal request.
In addition to the Privacy Center, users can delete or block cookies, localStorage and sessionStorage through browser settings.
Blocking Necessary technologies at browser level may prevent the Website from remembering the privacy choice or may cause certain functions to work incorrectly. In that case, the Privacy Banner may appear again.
The exact method for deleting browser data depends on the browser and device. We recommend using the browser vendor’s official instructions.
The Website runs on WordPress. For authenticated administrators, editors or other users with access to restricted WordPress areas, WordPress may use its own technically necessary authentication, session and security cookies. These are required for administrative login and are not used as marketing cookies for ordinary Website visitors.
The names and lifetimes of these WordPress cookies may depend on the WordPress version, login mode and Website configuration.
The Website may contain links or buttons that open third-party services such as Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp, telephone or email applications.
Where a third-party service is not embedded directly into a page and opens only after a user action, cookies used by that service may be applied on the third-party service under its own policy.
If a third-party SDK, iframe, analytics script, video player or other component is embedded in the Website in the future and stores/reads optional information on the device before the user leaves the Website, we should separately assess its category and, where required, block it until consent is obtained.
For users to whom EU electronic-communications privacy rules apply, storing information on a device or accessing information already stored on a device for optional purposes is carried out after valid consent; the exception applies to technologies that are strictly necessary to provide a service expressly requested by the user or to operate the relevant function.
Where data obtained through cookies or similar technologies constitutes personal data, its subsequent processing must also have an appropriate legal basis under applicable data-protection law.
In Ukraine, personal data is processed for specific lawful purposes and, depending on the circumstances, on the basis of the data subject’s consent or another legal basis permitted by law.
We may update this Cookie Policy if Website functionality, cookie lists, lifetimes, analytics categories, service providers or legal requirements change.
If a change concerns an optional technology or materially changes the purpose of processing, the Website may ask the user to make a choice again. AMK Control Center supports policy versioning for this purpose.
