Pork lungs are a by-product used in the production of sausages, pâtés, minced meat, and feed mixtures. They are characterized by a light texture, high protein content, and low fat level. The product undergoes strict veterinary and sanitary control and is suitable for industrial processing or HoReCa use. Supplied chilled or frozen in bulk.
