Description:

The spleen is obtained from healthy pigs and cleaned of fat tissue. Color ranges from light red to dark red, without slime or foreign odor.
A first-category by-product used in the production of animal feed, sausages, and minced meat. Due to its high iron and protein content, it is often used in the meat processing industry. The spleen is supplied chilled or frozen in bulk, with all required veterinary documentation.
